Owners will have direct access to the road course, as well as priority ticketing at the NASCAR track. Come to the shows and concerts at the onsite Event Center.

Each condominium unit includes a mezzanine, which overlooks the soaring 22' high space. The exceptional finishes were chosen with both durability and elegance in mind. Each unit includes: Metal handrails, painted walls, a bathroom, designer lighting, a utility sink, 150 amps of power, full heating/cooling, and an automatic sprinkler system.

Suds, the wash bay, to keep your car shining for the track, and Pit Stop, the lift bay where you can make all necessary repairs and maintenance. Owners will also be granted free access to the track for the first three months of ownership.
Enjoy fresh brewed coffee in our Refuel Lounge or drink a Bourbon from the Trophy Room Bar.

The Drivers Club at Dominion Raceway is a private membership club for owners of sports cars and race cars. It provides members access to 40 exclusive and uncrowded Member Driving Days a year on the Dominion Raceway Road Course. These Member Days provide a place where members and their guests can learn and practice performance driving skills, test and improve their cars, or simply drive their performance cars like they were meant to be driven. In addition, The Drivers Club provides members an environment where-in they can meet and socialize with other people who also have an appreciation of high-performance vehicles and performance driving.
